What can I expect if I've never played before?

• Lacrosse is a tough sport both physically and mentally. If you have played other sports then that will help on both aspects. Practice and dedication will get you there.

In addition to our love for the game, we prioritize safety for all our players
That’s why it’s important and required to have all of the appropriate equipment to play the game.
Required equipment includes:

USA LAX CHEST PROTECTOR RULE
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1. 2022 SHOULDER PATS FOR
BOYS' FIELT PLAYERS MUST BE DESIGNED FOR
LACROSSE AND MEET NOCSAE STANDARD ND2OO.

· Goalies wear additional equipment
· Stick
· Helmet
· Mouth Guard
· Gloves
· Arm Pads (Some players choose to wear rib padding but some find that restrictive to running fast.)
· Protective Cup
· Cleats (Most lacrosse players wear football or soccer cleats)
· Chest Pad (Chest pad must have image below on them)




**Fiddler sticks are not an approved piece of equipment and cannot be used to play or practice lacrosse. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding lacrosse equipment.
